Celebrating Our Top Learner for March: Sally Kyle from High Strive CIC

We love any excuse to celebrate the brilliant people who make up our town centre community, and this one is well worth shouting about.

Sally Kyle, from High Strive CIC a Redditch day service supporting adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, based at Canon Newton House in the Kingfisher Centre has been named our Top Learner for March, having completed an outstanding 14 courses on the SEEDL platform.

That is a remarkable achievement by anyone's measure, and a real reflection of Sally's enthusiasm and dedication to her own personal development.

What is SEEDL?

SEEDL is an online learning platform that Redditch Business Improvement District has made available free of charge to all businesses and organisations within the BID area. It gives teams access to hundreds of expert-led courses covering everything from customer service and leadership to AI, health and safety, mental wellbeing and digital skills all live and on demand, meaning staff can learn at a time that suits them.

It is one of the many practical benefits that comes with being part of the Redditch BID, and Sally's achievement is a wonderful reminder of what is possible when people take full advantage of it.

Well done, Sally. From everyone at Redditch BID, we are genuinely delighted to see someone from such an important local organisation leading the way.
