Redditch Business Awards return as nominations open for 2026

Nominations have opened for the 2026 Redditch Business Awards, giving people across the town the chance to recognise businesses and individuals making a difference locally.

The awards, which return later this year, are open to all sectors and aim to reflect the range of businesses operating across Redditch from independent traders and hospitality venues to manufacturers, charities and service-based organisations.

Members of the public, employees and business owners can all submit nominations.

Once the nomination period closes, entries will be reviewed and a shortlist will be drawn up for each category ahead of the awards night in September.

One category, the Customers’ Choice Award, will go to a public vote after shortlisting, allowing residents to back the businesses they value most.

This year’s categories include Customer Service Excellence, Charity of the Year, Creative Business of the Year, Employer of the Year, Beauty and Wellbeing Excellence, Hospitality and Leisure Business of the Year, Independent Business of the Year, Manufacturing Business of the Year, Customers’ Choice Award and Community Hero Award.

The awards are set to take place on Saturday 26 September at the Palace Theatre.
