Redditch Came Alive for Summer Fest 2025!
On Saturday 5th July, Redditch town centre was bursting with energy as Summer Fest 2025 brought the sunshine, the sound, and the smiles.
Organised by Redditch BID, the event turned Church Green into a live music hotspot, with a fantastic line-up of performers and a lively atmosphere that made the whole town feel proud.
From the moment the first beat dropped, the crowd was treated to a full afternoon of entertainment. Booty Luv lit up the stage with their club classics, followed by an outstanding Bob Marley tribute from the talented Tanny Brown. And to finish off the day in style, DJ RVP brought pure Popworld party energy to the square.
Alongside the music, visitors enjoyed colourful street theatre from Indigo Arts, who brought the town centre to life with their signature interactive performances. A small children’s area with face painting, games and a funfair ride kept the little ones smiling, while nearby cafés and market stalls served up tasty food and local finds.
We were especially proud to see families, friends, and residents from all walks of life enjoying the town centre together—exactly what Summer Fest is all about.

And he’s right—many of our town centre businesses reported increased footfall and a real sense of positivity, proving once again that well-organised, vibrant events can make a big difference to the local economy.
